Refund policy

If your product does not meet your expectations, please allow us to make amends. Simply send us a brief email and describe the reason for return. To return the item or unused portion of the product, simply package your item(s) and send us the package weight by email - we will generate and e-mail a return shipping label to you.

If an item was damaged in shipping - please photograph the package so that we may file a claim with the shipping company. If the item has incurred damage through normal use, please describe to us the extent of the damage. We are not able to accept returns of items that have been damaged through negligence.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and promptly process a refund or return credit.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
